Shakopee Public Schools is searching for an Art Teacher (1.0 FTE) to join the amazing staff at Red Oak Elementary (with some travel to another Elementary school) for the 2026-2027 school year.

Job Summary:

Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.

Qualifications:

Current MN teaching license in Elementary Education (grades K-6) or Visual Arts. Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction. Strong classroom management skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.
