Join the Fun! Romp n' Roll NW Charlotte is Hiring a Class Instructor! Do you have a passion for working with children and infectious energy ready to bring developmental strengthening to toddlers? Romp n' Roll NW Charlotte is looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat class instructor to teach children ages 3 months to 5 years old!

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Engaging Classes:

Facilitate small-group classes for children (3 months to 5 years) and their caregivers, focusing on music, art, or movement.

Teach and Play:

Sing, dance, and play while teaching children fundamental focus and developmental skills (e.g., rhythm, balance, leg strength, early jumping).

Member Support:

Answer phone calls and texts from current and prospective members.

Promote Memberships:

Inform first-time visitors about membership benefits and help them sign up. We're Looking for

People Who Are:

Energetic and capable of running, jumping, dancing, and singing alongside the children. Comfortable speaking to and engaging both large groups of kids and their parents. Willing to be silly, embrace messes, and have a lot of fun!

Requirements:

Availability during the week, specifically between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Previous experience working with children is preferred , but not strictly required.
