In this role, you will guide students in developing essential art techniques while encouraging creativity, self-expression, and confidence. This position plays a key role in shaping each student's artistic journey within a nurturing and flexible learning environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging art lessons focused on foundational skills such as drawing, painting, and color theory Encourage creative exploration while providing clear guidance on technique and process Adapt instruction to meet a wide range of skill levels and learning styles Foster a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes self-expression Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to support artistic growth Lead individual and small-group classes to ensure personalized attention Maintain an organized, safe, and inspiring studio environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field preferred Prior experience teaching art to students of various ages strongly preferred Solid understanding of fundamental art principles and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create an encouraging and inclusive learning environment Passion for art education and inspiring creative development
