Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development. Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum. Participate in professional development and staff meetings to enhance teaching skills. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere that promotes respect and empathy among students. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field Valid teaching certification for grades 1-6 in New Jersey or working on the certification. Experience in elementary education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Passion for fostering a love of learning and encouraging student growth. Proficiency in using educational technology and resources. Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
