Responsibilities Teach drawing, painting, sculpting, and crafting skills to various ages Develop and implement comprehensive art curricula tailored to different age groups, including preschool, early childhood, elementary, and middle school levels Design monthly lesson plans that incorporate various art techniques, mediums, and cultural themes to stimulate student interest and creativity Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages self-expression, experimentation, and respect for diverse artistic perspectives Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting a safe and inclusive space for all students Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support growth Requirements Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning with children Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues Reliable and Punctual Organized and Clear with instructions Pass a
