We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) educator who is passionate about Montessori philosophy and committed to fostering independence, curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in young children. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, organized, and nurturing professional who can create and maintain a calm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Responsibilities Lead and manage a Montessori Primary classroom for children ages 3-6 Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment Present Montessori lessons and materials in accordance with AMI or AMS philosophy and practices Observe and assess each child's academic, social, emotional, and physical development Maintain consistent communication with families regarding student progress and classroom updates Foster independence, grace and courtesy, concentration, and social-emotional growth Collaborate with assistant teachers and school administration to support a positive classroom community Maintain classroom records, student observations, and progress documentation Support children's daily routines with patience, respect, and consistency Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events Qualifications & Experience AMI or AMS Montessori Training and Certification (Required) Previous Montessori classroom experience in a Primary environment (Required) Spanish-English bilingual fluency (Required) Strong classroom leadership and communication skills Passion for Montessori education and child-centered learning CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Background check/Livescan clearance required Benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid school breaks and holidays Professional development opportunities Opportunity to grow within a thriving Montessori community We look forward to meeting passionate Montessori educators who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
