Pasitos School is looking for a summer school Age teachers fluent in Spanish and English to join our dynamic and innovative team. Pasitos Summer camp last 7 weeks, from June 8 to July 24 . The schedule varies from7:15am

• 6:00pm This is an excellent position for students at SJSU or teachers looking to work during summer.

Duties and responsibilities Create and maintain a safe and caring learning environment Work with the children to implement daily enrichment activities for and with the children Communicate with parents about children's behaviors and participation Maintain teacher child ratio of 1:14 all times

Duties Requirements:

Prior experience in teaching, childcare, or camp settings working with children of various ages Knowledge of classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Background in early childhood education, special education, or related fields preferred Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive environment Ability to engage children through creative activities such as arts, sports coaching, theater, or tutoring Passion for working with children and supporting their childhood development in a fun summer setting Join us at Pasitos School this summer to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while enjoying a vibrant, supportive work environment! ECE Units Bilingual:

English/Spanish Love working with children! Preferred qualifications 12 ECE Units Child Development Associate Teacher Permit, Child Development Teacher Permit, or Child Development Master Teacher Permit 6 months experience in preschool or comparable child care setting Background in language acquisition About our school: Pasitos is an eco-friendly, bilingual community based on learning and fun.
