• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program
• Prepare engaging and interactive classroom activities to promote student participation and learning
• Provide instruction in Spanish and English
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
• Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning
• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Spanish, Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification or license
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
• Experience in proofreading, copy editing, or journalism is a plus
• Familiarity with literacy education, creative writing, or linguistics
