Bilingual Spanish Early Intervention Teacher (SSF, San Bruno, Pacifica) World Of Words Early Intervention Services South San Francisco, CA Job Details Part-time $35 - $45 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Spanish CPR Certification First aid English Master's degree Education Bachelor's degree Home visits (communication methods) Early Childhood Education Full Job Description World Of Words (WOW) Early Intervention Services is looking for a part-time Bilingual (Spanish) Early Interventionist (EI) to provide specialized instruction early intervention services to clients in South San Francisco, San Bruno, and Pacifica. The current schedule is Thursday & Friday mornings, with the SSF & San Bruno clients on Thursday mornings and the Pacifica clients on Friday mornings. The EI would be going to the client's homes or daycares to work with the child and their parent or caregiver. This would be for a minimum of 6 hours per week (2.5 hours on Tuesdays & 3.5 hours on Fridays), but additional hours could be made available either at clients' homes/daycares or at our early learning center in San Francisco (depending on the EI's preference).
Job qualifications:
  • Bilingual - fluent in Spanish & English
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Communicative Disorders, Special Education)
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education preferred
  • Experience working with young children preferred
  • Experience working with families and/or parents preferred Other job requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain Fingerprint Clearance
  • Must possess or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Must have reliable transportation
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
