Leading and assisting in classrooms for children ages 3-5 years old . Speaking Mandarin Chinese throughout the day to nurture natural language acquisition. Designing and implementing bilingual, play-based lessons that spark curiosity, cultural pride, and confidence. Singing songs, reading stories, and guiding creative projects in both English and Chinese. Maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Communicating warmly with parents about each child's progress and daily experiences. Collaborating with a passionate team that believes in whole-child learning and cultural connection. What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Bright Smile!) Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (required). CDA Credential (required — we can support you in obtaining it if needed). Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred). 1+ year of experience working with preschool-aged children. CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). A nurturing, patient, and culturally aware teaching style. A genuine love for children — and a sense of humor to match theirs!
