We are seeking reliable, professional educators who are open to serving on an as-needed basis to provide classroom coverage when our lead teachers are unavailable. What This Role Looks Like Substitute instructors may provide coverage for: School-day enrichment programs (typically between 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) After-school Spanish Clubs (typically between 2:00-5:00 p.m.) Assignments may vary by region and day. Instructors indicate the regions and general availability they are open to serving. This role requires flexibility and readiness to step in with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities Provide classroom coverage for Spanish enrichment or day programs Follow structured, turnkey lesson plans (materials provided) Maintain strong classroom presence and management Deliver engaging instruction aligned with Brilliant Bilingual standards Communicate clearly and professionally with program leadership Uphold company standards of engagement, consistency, and excellence Qualifications Classroom experience (required) Strong classroom management skills Professional communication and responsiveness Reliable transportation (travel to school sites required) Spanish proficiency preferred (not required for all programs) Willingness to complete demo and onboarding process Important This position requires: Flexibility Professionalism Responsiveness Ability to step into a structured classroom environment with minimal disruption We are building a small, high-quality bench of educators who can confidently support our programs when needed. Pay:
