August About Brilliant Bilingual Brilliant Bilingual is a language learning company committed to joyful, high-quality Spanish instruction for children and adults. We believe a multilingual world is a better world, and our programs prioritize communication, connection, and cultural engagement over memorization. We are currently hiring Spanish Club Instructors to lead after-school Spanish enrichment programs at partner schools across Metro Atlanta. About the Role Spanish Clubs are after-school enrichment programs , not full-day teaching positions. Instructors typically teach one club per day , meeting once per week at a school site. This role is ideal for educators, bilingual professionals, college students, teaching assistants, or youth leaders who enjoy working with children and bringing language to life in an engaging, structured way. What Spanish Clubs Look Like After-school enrichment programs (primarily elementary-age students) Instructors typically teach one club per day On-site teaching time is usually about 2 hours Instructors are generally needed within the 2:00-5:00 p.m. availability window (You are not teaching the entire time—this is the availability window.) Each club meets once per week at a school site What You'll Do Lead engaging, age-appropriate Spanish lessons using games, movement, music, and interactive activities Create a positive, structured classroom environment Manage student behavior with confidence and consistency Follow safety, check-in, and dismissal procedures Communicate professionally with Brilliant Bilingual staff Minimum Qualifications Comfortable using Spanish in an instructional setting Enjoy working with children Confident managing groups of students Reliable transportation to travel to school sites Ability to pass a state and national background check (required) Language & Communication Spanish Club instructors communicate regularly with students, school staff, and program administrators in English. English proficiency does not disqualify a candidate ; however, instructors must be able to give clear directions, manage groups, and communicate professionally. Preferred (Not Required) Experience in after-school programs, camps, tutoring, or youth activities Teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience College coursework (in progress or completed) Interest in language, culture, or education Important Notes This is a part-time enrichment role , not a full-time teaching position Instructors may be assigned to different school sites based on availability and program needs Placements are finalized closer to the start of the semester How to Apply Please submit your application and be prepared to answer screening questions regarding: Your after-school availability (2:00-5:00 p.m.) Reliable transportation Preferred teaching regions within Metro Atlanta English communication comfort level Experience working with children Brilliant Bilingual is an equal opportunity employer.
