2026–2027 School Year Join our team: The Bettendorf Community School District is seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Spanish Teacher to join our team. Salary:

$50,000 (BA 0–4, 2025–2026 Salary Schedule)

Qualifications:

Must have or be able to obtain Iowa teaching certification with appropriate Spanish endorsement Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States

Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Spanish language instruction and second-language acquisition strategies Ability to create engaging, student-centered lesson plans aligned to standards Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues, students, and families to support student success Utilize technology to enhance instruction and student learning Please see attached job description for additional details
