May 11, 2026 Salary Range or Pay Grade $45,000-$50,000 a year Deadline Jun 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time Description The Instructor is a full-time, academic year position in the College of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will teach ASL courses at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Responsibilities will include teaching the required ASL and Deaf Culture courses and service to the program and the department, including but not limited to conducting a weekly ASL tutoring session, coordinating the ASL offerings, and recruiting for the ASL program. Terms of Appointment Fall 2026 Source of Funds Local Qualifications Applicants must have a Master's degree in one of the following or related fields: ASL/Deaf Studies, Deaf Education, Sign Language Education, Interpreter education or an equivalent field by appointment date.
