QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree Professional Educator License with proper endorsements Endorsement in Italian and Spanish required Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills Effective communication, human relations, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills Strong orientation toward providing customer service Strong work ethic Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students

SALARY & BENEFITS

Annual salary of $66,064 to $84,080, based on relevant experience and level of education per Appendix A of the Licensed Salary Schedule in the District 108 Negotiated Agreement . This is a benefits-eligible position, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund ( IMRF ).
