Chelmsford Public Schools - Announcement of Teaching Vacancies for the 2026- 2027 Academic Year The Chelmsford Public Schools is now accepting applications for the following anticipated vacancy. Chelmsford High School General Description:
Teach students in academic, social and manipulative skills, working within assigned subject areas to provide optimum student services in accordance with the objectives established by the School Committee. Coordinate efforts with specialists assigned to provide additional specific services. Confer with parents to promote better understanding of the pupil and his/her environment. Assist and guide ancillary personnel. Attend meetings and prepare and maintain all related records and reports reflecting activities as required or directed. Perform other duties as directed or as responsibilities necessitate. A Spanish Language Teacher will be to create and deliver engaging and interactive lesson plans and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Applicants are expected to know current instructional research and evidence-based instructional practices. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a student-centered approach, exemplary oral and written communication skills, strong relationships building skills with students, and a demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively with all colleagues. DESE certification in Spanish 5-12 is required. Successful candidates will hold the appropriate degree and MA DESE teaching license in Spanish 5-12. Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree preferred Please bring official transcripts to the hiring supervisor if interviewed in the event that you are recommended for hire.
