This person will work in coordination with the directors and will act as a liaison between directors, teachers, children and families. Will bring positive information to the staff and will support them. Coordinator will provide decoration to the school environment and will substitute teachers when needed. EEC lead Teacher certification required. Below is part of the responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinates developmentally appropriate curriculum schedules and maintains EEC regulations. Monitors and observe the daily operation of the classrooms for safety, positive interaction and productive educational activity. Develops and maintains a positive and confidential relationship with the parents of every child, including thorough communication about the program and each child's progress.

Position Requirements:

High School required. Associate degree preffered. Ability to fluently communicate in fluently in Spanish. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write daily reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. To perform this job successfully, an employee should have entry level ability of using computers and tablets.
