Position Details Location:
Private and public schools in the Baltimore City and Baltimore County areas,
Maryland Schedule:
Part-time positions available, ranging from 2 to 4 days per week during school hours
Pay:
Starting at $25 per hour

August/September 2026

Comprehensive training provided by
The Language Project Materials:
All lesson plans and teaching materials provided Qualifications Fluency in Spanish Conversational English or higher Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Experience working or volunteering with children preferred Experience teaching or working with elementary or middle school students preferred What We're Looking For Passion for teaching and working with children Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, enthusiasm, and professionalism A collaborative and positive attitude About The Language Project Founded in 2011, The Language Project partners with schools across the United States to bring language learning to life. Our Spanish programs immerse students in meaningful learning experiences through music, storytelling, games, and culture. We support our teachers with training, curriculum, and ongoing guidance to help create engaging and successful classrooms from kindergarten through middle school.
