POSITION SUMMARY

AGI is seeking ESL instructors for a 3-month course starting in May. Course will run twice a week from 3:30-5:30pm. Requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Research, prepare and teach an ESL course to a group of beginner-level adult students, using instructional materials determined to be useful in meeting their learning objectives Design and implement tests and quizzes to evaluate student performance Provide up to 1 hour per day homework assignments to reinforce classroom studies Report students' progress to Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching adult learners A minimum of 3 years of experience developing instructional materials Candidate must be comfortable using technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiar with the ILR scale Experience teaching adult students
