ELL/ESOL
Teachers for full-time, school-based openings in the St. Louis, Missouri area for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for educators who are committed to supporting English Language Learners by fostering language development, academic growth, and student success in a supportive and inclusive educational environment. - Provide direct instruction and language support to English Language Learners (ELLs/ESOL students).
- Develop and implement instructional strategies aligned with English language development standards.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to support language acquisition across content areas.
- Assess student language proficiency and monitor academic progress.
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt instructional materials and teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for language services.
Qualifications:
- Active Missouri Teaching Certification with
ELL/ESOL
endorsement or appropriate certification required.- Soliant offers Licensing Assistance for qualified candidates.
- Previous classroom or school-based experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, TESOL, ESL, English, Linguistics, or related field.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Passion for supporting multilingual learners and language development.
