Responsibilities Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that align with educational standards and incorporate diverse learning technology tools Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress, assign coursework, and facilitate communication with students and parents Implement classroom management techniques to foster a positive, respectful learning environment conducive to student success Adapt instructional methods to meet the needs of students with disabilities or special education requirements Prepare students for standardized testing through targeted practice sessions and assessment strategies Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, curriculum development, and best practices in literacy education, math integration, and behavior management Skills Strong knowledge of Spanish language instruction tailored for K-12 students Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment design Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology platforms Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues Classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management and behavior management techniques Familiarity with childhood development principles and literacy education strategies Ability to integrate technology into lessons to enhance learning outcomes Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for language acquisition Prior experience in Charter school a plus Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds through innovative language instruction!
