Please be prepared to teach all levels, from Introduction to College-ready (Levels 5 & 6), and five skills (Grammar, Writing, Listening, Reading & Speaking). The substitute teaching may be from several hours to several weeks at a time, depending on the need. Responsibilities Deliver lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or adapt to the needs of the class when necessary. Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and productive environment. Communicate effectively with students and staff to ensure clarity of expectations and progress updates. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning for children of all backgrounds. Step in when we need you—for 1 day to several weeks depending on the situation. Skills TESOL Certification, Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or a related field Experience with classroom management, behavior management. Excellent communication skills for mentoring students and collaborating with staff. Proven ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm

Hours:

Monday-Wednesday, 8am to 4:15pm (partial availability will be considered). Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
