Job Description
Job Announcement Position Information Position Title Part Time MS Office, 365 and Google Apps Training Instructors - Spanish Campus Cranford, Elizabeth, Plainfield, and other off campus locations as needed Department Industry-Business Institute Full-time, Part-time, Adjunct Part Time Exempt or Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Regular,Temporary, or Grant Temporary General Description Assume the responsibilities for the instruction of our MS Office computer workshops to be taught in Spanish. Off-campus work within and around Union County may be required.
Course content includes:
MS Office 365 MS Excel and Word 2019 Level 1, 2 and 3 MS PowerPoint 2019 Level 1 and 2 Microsoft Access Microsoft Teams MS Outlook Windows 10 and 11 Google Workspace - Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides Cloud Computing Outlook Not required to teach every topic. Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities- Responsible for classroom instruction.
- Maintain daily attendance and course paperwork as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in related field required or an equivalent combination of education, industry certification and/or experience to demonstrate core competencies.
- 3 - 5 years relevant instructional experience. Experience Refer to Competences and Skills Competencies and Skills Required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Flexibility of schedule.
- Working with a diverse population Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This position's duties are normally performed in a typical interior/residence work environment, based on the activity scheduled.
- Some physical effort required; however, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
- Some travel required.
