Two (2) General Education Teachers

ESL Teacher Qualifications:

Hold a New Jersey English as a Second Language certification Must be knowledgeable of NJSLS, WIDA, and mandated state testing Excellent experience teaching and working with various grade level students. Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching English as a second language, child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis and research related to learning and children needing to learn English as a second language. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community Demonstrate the ability to use technology and technological devices to enhance lessons, as well as for word processing, data management, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community Successful implementation of instructional strategies Must be computer literate Highly motivated result-driven educator

General Education Teacher Qualifications:

Must hold New Jersey K-6 or P-3 certificate Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA Effective instructional practices and strategies Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction Experience working with elementary students Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity. and good moral character Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community •
