Key responsibilities include teaching caregiving skills like personal care, mobility assistance, and communication, as well as providing instruction safety protocols, and the emotional aspects of caregiving. Instructors may also be responsible for managing a classroom, developing curriculum, and supervising students in practical settings. Full time position M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM, some

required Responsibilities Develop comprehensive training materials and programs tailored to the needs of participants. Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, hands-on activities, and group discussions. Assess participant learning through evaluations and feedback mechanisms to ensure understanding and retention of material. Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies. Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program effectiveness for continuous improvement. Provide support and guidance to caregivers during training sessions, inclusive learning environment. Assist in office as needed Experience CNA or Medical experience
REQUIRED.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
REQUIRED.
Previous experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with adult learning principles and various teaching techniques is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Proficiency in using technology and multimedia tools for training delivery is a plus.
