We are looking for a professional and dedicated Spanish-Speaking RN PCA Instructor to help train and prepare future Personal Care Aides to succeed in the field. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about teaching, supporting caregivers, and helping students build the skills and confidence needed to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

Teach PCA training classes in Spanish Provide instruction on personal care, safety, infection control, communication, and daily living support Prepare students to provide compassionate and professional care in client homes Ensure training is completed according to company and program requirements Support students throughout the training process Maintain accurate class records, attendance, and required documentation Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment Help caregivers understand the importance of dignity, patience, and professionalism when caring for clients

Requirements:

Active RN license Fluent in Spanish and English Prior teaching or training experience preferred Home care, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Patient, professional, and comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds Must meet all company hiring and onboarding requirements
