Job Description
Candidate must have near native fluency in speaking and writing Arabic. Candidates must be able to work with students in grades 1-8. Candidates must have written references stressing success in working with students. Candidates must show keen interest in and a knowledge of the culture of the Arabic-speaking people. Candidates must be familiar with the requirements of the New York State Regents Plan as it relates to the study of foreign languages. Candidates must be interested in planning extracurricular student activities related to Arabic culture. Assumes any other duties assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.
