Job Description
World Languages and Cultures at Bowling Green State University seeks applicants for possible part-time teaching positions in introductory language courses for the Academic Year 2026-27.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
M.A. degree in German or related field. Evidence of successful teaching at the collegiate level in any of the above languages or related field is preferred, as is teaching online courses at the collegiate level. Submit application materials by postal mail to: Amy Smith, Sr. Administrative Assistant, World Languages and Cultures, Shatzel Hall 207, Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, OH 43403.Complete application file must include:
1) letter of application; 2) full curriculum vita (including a listing of all courses taught and when); 3) two current (dated within the past year), original letters of reference; and 4) official transcripts indicating highest degree earned. Finalists are also required to authorize and to pass a background check prior to offer of employment. Unless they request otherwise, qualified applicants will also be considered for future part-time employment opportunities that may arise in the coming academic year.Applications deadline:
