Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)

Teach English to students who are English Language Learners (ELLs)
Support academic and language development across grade levels (PreK-12 opportunities)
Collaborative teams including classroom teachers, counselors, and administration
Opportunities to support curriculum development, language assessments, and school-wide ESL programs
Your Impact as a TESOL Teacher
You'll help students gain the language skills needed to succeed academically and socially while supporting schools in creating inclusive, language-rich environments.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement English language learning lessons for students at various proficiency levels
Conduct language assessments and progress monitoring
Differentiate instruction to meet students' individual needs
Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Support students' social-emotional and academic development
Assist with ESL/ELL program development and
MTSS / RTI
initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in TESOL, English, or related field
TESOL, ESL, or ELL certification/license (state-specific)
Experience teaching English learners preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for helping students succeed academically and develop English language skills
