Full Job Description Part-time ESL Instructor Schedule:
Saturdays, Reading Class (2-3 hours)

July 11, 18, 25 / August 1, 8, 15
Pay:
$25 per hour We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ESL Instructor to lead our upcoming Saturday Reading Class . This part-time role is ideal for educators passionate about helping learners (ages 6-11) strengthen their English reading comprehension, vocabulary, and confidence in communication. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging reading-focused ESL lessons on Saturdays. Support learners in developing reading fluency, comprehension, and critical thinking skills. Incorporate interactive activities, discussions, and culturally relevant materials. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with program coordinators to align lessons with LifeSmart Education's mission. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
TESOL/TEFL
certification or equivalent ESL teaching credential. Prior experience teaching ESL learners, especially in reading-focused programs. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for empowering learners through education.

$25.00 per hour
