Kalida Local Schools is seeking a qualified and passionate High School Spanish Teacher to join ourdedicated team of educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for deliveringengaging and effective instruction in Spanish I, II, III, and IV. The ideal candidate will foster apositive classroom environment that supports the districts mission of academic excellence,student growth, and well-being.

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Teaching License in Spanish (Grades 712) Bachelors degree in Spanish, Education, or related field. Strong content knowledge and ability to incorporate authentic cultural and linguisticexperiences Ability to differentiate instruction and engage a wide range of learners Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills Experience with or willingness to incorporate technology, blended learning, and interactiveinstructional strategies Willingness to contribute to school initiatives, extracurriculars, and student development

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver standards-based instruction aligned to Ohios Learning Standards for WorldLanguages Create a classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and culturalappreciation Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative measures Communicate regularly with students, families, and staff regarding student progress Collaborate with colleagues and participate in building and district-level teams Uphold the values of Kalida Local Schools and contribute positively to school culture
