Reports To:
Building Principal Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and student-centered Spanish Teacher to join our World Languages team. In this role, you will do more than just teach grammar and vocabulary—you will inspire students to connect with diverse Spanish-speaking cultures, build real-world communication skills, and develop a global mindset. Our district values innovative, high-impact instruction and provides a supportive environment with ample professional development and collaborative planning time. Key Responsibilities
Dynamic Instruction:
Design and deliver engaging, proficiency-based lessons that develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Spanish.
Collaboration:
Partner with fellow world language teachers, department chairs, and parents to support student success and district goals. Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Secondary Education, or a related field.
Certification:
Valid State Teaching Certification with an endorsement in Spanish (or eligibility for immediate certification/reciprocity).
Skills:
Strong classroom management, familiarity with instructional technology and a passion for working with teenagers.
