Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Arabic Teacher to inspire and educate students across various age groups. Develop instructional materials, assessments, and activities that promote literacy education, vocabulary building, and language fluency. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with special educational needs or disabilities, ensuring inclusive classroom environments. Manage classroom dynamics effectively through classroom management techniques, conflict resolution, and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating Arabic language instruction into broader educational programs. Monitor student progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and offer academic advising or tutoring as needed to support individual growth. Requirements Proven classroom experience teaching Arabic language at various educational levels with a focus on literacy education and language acquisition. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methods specific to language teaching. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools used for remote or blended learning environments. Experience working with children or students with disabilities; understanding of special education principles is highly desirable. Background in early childhood education or childhood development enhances your ability to connect with young learners effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues while fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to plan lessons efficiently using lesson planning best practices; experience in tutoring or private school settings is advantageous. Knowledge of classroom management techniques including behavior management strategies to maintain an organized and respectful classroom atmosphere.
