Part Time Spanish Teacher Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Edmond, OK Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Classroom management Organizational skills Elementary school teaching Spanish Full Job Description Position Overview Holy Trinity Lutheran School is seeking a faith-filled, engaging, and experienced Part-Time Spanish Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. This teacher will lead Spanish instruction for students in grades K-8, helping build foundational skills in language while cultivating cultural appreciation and curiosity—all in a Christ-centered environment. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a joyful, mission-driven school community where excellence in academics and spiritual growth go hand in hand. Primary Responsibilities Teach Spanish classes three days per week for students in grades K-8 Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support listening, speaking, reading, and basic writing in Spanish Foster excitement for language learning and introduce students to Hispanic cultures and traditions Maintain a positive and respectful classroom culture that reflects the values of Holy Trinity Provide timely feedback and simple assessments of student learning Collaborate with other faculty members and administration as needed Support the overall mission of the school: Empower students to grow in Christian faith, pursue excellence in learning, and build strong character. Qualifications & Attributes Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or related field (preferred) Previous experience teaching Spanish in a school setting (preferred) Ability to connect with students of various ages and abilities Passion for language and cultural education Strong classroom management and organizational skills Active Christian faith and willingness to support the school's mission and values Warm, team-oriented spirit and commitment to building a positive school culture We encourage candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching Spanish and committed to student success to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
