WE SEEK A PERSON WHO IS
:
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Enjoys being outside in all weather and getting messy with the children
  • Experienced with multi-age groups of children ages 3-8
  • Passionate about child development and alternative education
  • Creative, nurturing, flexible, enthusiastic
  • Professional, responsible, assertive, proactive
  • Values open mindedness, other cultures, respect of others, self and nature
  • Aspiring to work with co-teachers
  • Clear oral and written communicator in Spanish and in English
Hours :
Full time with some flexibility in daily hours.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
:
  • Ensure safe, fun and engaging environment for children to grow and thrive as individuals and as a community of learners.
  • Develop and lead high quality activities congruent with school philosophy, along with materials needed.
  • Collaborate with the team
  • Provide communication with parents
  • Other duties as assigned
