Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Spanish Teacher to inspire students and foster a love for the Spanish language and culture. In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, deliver interactive instruction, and support students' linguistic development across various proficiency levels. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and tailored to diverse learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design, research initiatives, and library services to enhance the overall curriculum. Incorporate principles of Montessori methods, or behavior management strategies as applicable to meet all learners' needs. Experience Prior classroom experience teaching Spanish. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design. Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, including private school or higher education settings. Familiarity with working with students in Montessori environments. Proven organizational skills to manage multiple classes, assessments, and administrative responsibilities efficiently. Background in linguistics, research methodologies, or education administration is a plus.
