Our Fort Worth Impact School serves students in a residential treatment setting with significant emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related needs. Students benefit from structure, consistency, and strong relational support as they rebuild trust and engagement in school. We are looking for student-centered Teachers to lead in the spirit of our mission to increase the capacity for learning by inspiring every student to belong, find joy, and be great. Our learning environment engages students in the construction of understanding through asking questions, exploring, researching, and reflecting. We focus on helping students develop coping skills, self-advocacy, and confidence while supporting their academic growth. Bachelor's Degree required Valid Texas Teaching Certificate Open to new ideas in teaching methods Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior Strong instructional technology skills Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Must have satisfactory outcome of the fingerprinting check before starting employment.
