Upward Bound 1400 W. Villaret Blvd. San Antonio, Texas, 78224 United States Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Saturdays -8:30-4:00 pm (September -May) (2 Saturdays per month) Mondays-Wednesdays, 8:30-4:00 pm (June-July) Job Summary and Description Developing programs and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers.
Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. One year of teaching experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline and/or experience teaching low-income, first generation high school students. Upward Bound experience is preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
A Texas Teacher's Certification in the assigned academic area (a Master's Degree may be substituted for the Teacher's Certification).
