Location:

Williston Central School This position will remain open until filled. However, applications received within the first seven days of posting will receive priority consideration. Williston Central School (WCS) has an opening for a middle level grade Spanish and/or French teacher. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, collegial, and innovative professional to join our middle-level education team.

Qualifications and Expertise:

Licensed in Vermont for K-12 Spanish and French, with demonstrated fluency in reading, writing and speaking A team player who is flexible and collaborative Strong background in planning, implementing and assessing a standards-based curriculum Thorough knowledge of the ACTFL National Standards Strong classroom management skills Ability to motivate each student to cultivate an appreciation for the learning of a world language and the cultures of the peoples who speak them Desire to effectively integrate 21st-century technology into the world language classroom If interested, please apply via SchoolSpring to Jackie Parks and include a cover letter, resume, proof of license, and three current letters of reference.
