Salary Range or Pay Grade:
$83,100-$87,500 Description The Department of Molecular Biology at Princeton University has an occasional curricular need for lecturers to teach, co-teach, or lead precepts in areas such as molecular biology, cell and developmental biology, biochemistry, and genetics, and accepts applications in advance in the event the occasion arises where such lecturers are needed. Any appointments and duty time are subject to enrollments and may be for one or two semesters during the 2026-2027 academic year. Positions would have an expected start date of September 1, 2026, or January 16, 2027. Individuals should possess a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or related field and have experience with teaching at the undergraduate level. Successful candidates will attend weekly lectures, be present during lab, lead weekly discussions, hold regular office hours, meet with the course instructor(s), and assist in exam writing and grading as it applies to the course being taught. Princeton University is especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute, through their research, teaching, and/or service, to the diversity and excellence of our academic community.
