Until filled Greenwich Public Schools seeks a Personal Finance teacher for its 2026 Summer School program. The Secondary Summer School will be located at Greenwich High School, and will run from July 6 through August 13, Mondays through Thursdays. The Personal Finance teacher will work 9:00-11:30 a.m., which includes 30 minutes of planning time. One day per week will be taught on-site at Greenwich High School and include team planning and student support; the other three days per week will be taught virtually. An additional preparation day will occur on June 29, 2026. The Personal Finance teacher must be certified as a business, family & consumer sciences, mathematics, or social studies teacher. Compensation for all hours will be at the individual teacher's hourly per diem rate as based on the Agreement between the Greenwich Board of Education and the Greenwich Education Association. Position is dependent on student enrollment. Preference will be given to Greenwich Public Schools teachers contracted for the 2026-27 school year, and then to other Greenwich Public Schools benefits-eligible employees.
