Full-Time Faculty Position in Management

The School of Business Administration (SBA) at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI), Morocco, invites applications for a full-timefaculty position in Management , beginning Fall 2026. We are seeking a candidate with the ability to teach a broad range ofundergraduate and graduate courses in finance. The position is open at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level , dependingon qualifications and experience.

Required Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in Management from an accreditedinstitution A demonstrated record or strong potential for research and scholarly publications Commitment to high-quality teaching Willingness to contribute to service activities within the School and the University As AUI is a liberal arts institution, students come from a variety of disciplines and majors across the University. Al AkhawaynUniversity in Ifrane is fully accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) and the BBA program is accredited byEFMD. The School is also in the process of seeking AACSB accreditation. AUI is the only English language public institution of highereducation in Morocco, and only the third U.S.-accredited university in Africa.
