Business Teacher / WBL Coordinator

Business Education / Work-Based Learning Coordinator Springs Valley Jr/Sr High School is seeking a motivated and student-centered educator to teach business classes, and coordinate Work Based Learning (WBL) initiatives. Applicants should hold a valid Indiana teaching license with a business education endorsement, or be eligible to obtain a business teaching certification.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Teach business education courses Facilitate Work-Based Learning (WBL) classroom instruction Coordinate WBL placements, conduct site visits, and build & maintain employer partnerships Support college and career readiness programming Assist with CTE initiatives and student-led business projects Monitor and support cadet teachers and related educational experiences The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for preparing students for college, careers, and real-world success.
