All adjunct lecturers must complete SoPA's self-guided training for teachers, adhere to SoPA's pedagogical requirements, and complete required training on current institutional and instructional platforms. Courses in the Business & Leadership Studies Program are offered in online format, consistent with SoPA's requirements for online course development. Human Resource Development Business Law Minimum Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of employment in the field directly related to the proposed area of teaching Ph D., J.D., MBA, or other Masters-level degree is preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in developing corporate training, continuing education, or other educational content for online presentation and/or university-level teaching experience, in the online format Interested candidates must submit a cover letter and updated curriculum vitae.
