Job Description Summary The Management Department covers a wide variety of courses in the fields of organizational behavior, strategy, entrepreneurship, leadership, global management, human resources, and supply chain & operations management. Bentley University seeks experienced part-time instructors on a continuing basis. Qualifications Masters degree required. PhD preferred. Salary Range:

Compensation for adjunct faculty is governed by the collective bargaining agreement between Bentley University and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 509. For the 2025-26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensated at a rate of $7,225.00 per course. Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall will be compensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course.
