Adjunct/Part-Time Cornerstone University is seeking an adjunct instructors to facilitate classes in one or more of our schools: School of Health, Science, and Technology School of Business & Innovation School of Education and Human Services School of Media, Ministry, and the Arts Cornerstone Theological Seminary Requirements include a master's degree in relevant disciplines, several years of professional work in your field. A terminal degree is a plus. Most of our needs are on campus in Grand Rapids, but you may also have an opportunity to teach an online course. We are a theologically conservative Christian University located in Grand Rapids, MI. Candidates can look forward to teaching courses in the major. Successful candidates will give evidence of scholarly potential and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in undergrad instruction. Requirements and Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the faculty are teaching, spiritual modeling and mentoring. The Cornerstone social work program provides a Christ-focused education that is dedicated to smaller class sizes and training of students. Our faculty enjoy working together to mentor and teach our eager students the complexities of human thinking and connection with a Christian Worldview. A minimum of two years post MSW practice experience is preferred for Social Work candidates.

Salary and Next Steps:

Adjunct pay varies with the number of credits taught, the course modality, and faculty credentials. Review of candidates will begin immediately. Each candidate must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, be active in a local church and espouse a theology that supports the values and mission of Cornerstone University as evidenced by fully affirming the university's doctrinal statement, "The Cornerstone Confession".
