Full-Time Faculty (Accounting)

The School of Business at Madonna University invites applications for a full-time position as Assistant Professor (rank commensurate withexperience) to teach accounting, finance and business courses in the undergraduate and graduate business and accounting programs and tofulfill the duties and responsibilities of the full-time faculty role. This role starts in August 2026. The School of Business hasbeen offering business education for over 40 years and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).The mission of the School of Business at Madonna University is to promote academic excellence in undergraduate and graduate education. As acommunity of scholars, faculty and students study the foundational principles of business. We prepare students to become knowledgeable,ethical, professional, and articulate global workers and citizens. The academic programs offered through the School of Business challengestudents, add a solid body of knowledge, understanding, and experience in various aspects of business, and are taught in view of the globalbusiness environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate/graduate courses,participating in curriculum review and renewal; student matriculation, orientations, recruitment and advising; overseeing internships;supporting ongoing accreditation work; program assessment and evaluation; collegial engagement with others; and participation in Universitygovernance and academic life. QUALIFICATIONS

Masters in Finance or Accounting required, Doctorate preferred. Minimum of two years teaching experience at the college level. Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience infinance or accounting required. Ability and availability to teach in-person day, evening and online courses. Demonstrated scholarship through presentations, publications, or practice. Experience with ACBSP standards and requirements forbusiness and accounting program accreditation a plus.
