Job Description:
This is a one-year, full-time temporary fixed-term position.
DUTIES:
Activities related to college teaching and learning including but not limited to: Instructional planning, facilitation, teaching and learning, Assessment of student performance, Student recruitment, retention and advising, Lab/classroom climate management, Maintenance of professional skills and credentials, Participation in college activities, Work closely with department to maintain and enhance curriculum and assess program outcomes.
Salary Range:
$43,067 - $98,660
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration or business management OR Master's degree with a minimum of 27 graduate quarter/18 semester credits in business administration and/or business management.
Preferred Qualification:
Demonstrate familiarity with and commitment to the mission and constituencies of a comprehensive community and technical college. Dedication to teaching and student learning providing quality education emphasizing college level standards. Commitment to studying, analyzing, and implementing learning strategies that will help students reach their education goals. Experience using teaching techniques that support diverse learning styles and use a variety of delivery modalities. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills. Demonstrate high level of cultural competency and ability to building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with CLC's Culture of Caring environment.
