Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging and relevant course materials in subjects such as business management, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. Utilize various instructional methods, including lectures, case studies, simulations, and hands-on projects, to enhance cadet learning. Assess student progress through assignments, exams, presentations, and class participation. Provide academic advising and mentorship to cadets, supporting their career development. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate real-world business applications into the curriculum. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program offerings and participate in departmental meetings and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of cadet performance and report grades in a timely manner. Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and ethical decision-making. Engage in professional development and continuous learning to improve instructional techniques and subject matter expertise.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.Experience:
Prior teaching experience in a business-related discipline preferred; industry experience in business, entrepreneurship, or corporate leadership is a plus.Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles. Proficiency in using technology and learning management systems for course delivery. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to student success and academic excellence.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing curriculum and instructional materials. Certifications in business-related fields (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMP) are a plus. Active participation in professional business organizations.
