Valid New Jersey Standard Certificate (or Certificate of Eligibility) in an appropriate content area (e.g., Business Education, Elementary Education, or related field) Demonstrated knowledge of gifted education theory, programming models, and best practices Experience incorporating entrepreneurship, personal finance, or business concepts into K-12 instruction Proficiency with instructional technology tools Appropriate Content Area Instructional Strategies Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status This position is responsible for designing and delivering challenging, inquiry-based curriculum that integrates business fundamentals, entrepreneurial thinking, and 21st-century skills for identified gifted learners in Grades 6-8. The ideal candidate brings a creative, student centered instructional approach and a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing the next generation of problem solvers, innovators, and leaders.

Salary:

In accordance with the established WTEA Salary Guide ranging from $65,315 - $68,315
